The Group invests primarily its own capital in businesses and assets that it follows directly. Its four main activities are renewable energy, commercial real estate, agriculture and Data Center.
Its history and activities have an international dimension, notably in Luxembourg, France and Poland. The Group is also present in the Republic of the Congo through its agricultural subsidiary TOLONA.

KEROC owns and develops wind and photovoltaic assets. Its experience covers development, financing, construction and operating oversight. Production, equipment upkeep and maintenance contracts remain part of its work throughout the life of the installations.

The Group owns commercial properties in France occupied by operators including Burger King, Picard, B&B Hotels and Popeyes. Selection considers location, use, the operator and the lease. Management then includes lease administration, building maintenance and required works.

Bonne Voisine, in the Aube region of France, is the Group’s main agricultural operation. Approximately 900 hectares are associated with agricultural activities around the site. The scope includes land, farming, buildings and equipment. TOLONA, in the Republic of the Congo, complements this activity.

KEROC is developing a modular Data Center activity. One Policloud P100 unit is operational and eight additional Policloud P360 units are being deployed. Projects bring together computing equipment, power supply, connectivity and the operating requirements of each site.

At Bonne Voisine, in the Aube region, the farming operation sits alongside buildings equipped with photovoltaic panels, energy installations and a Policloud unit. Agriculture remains the site’s main activity. This view shows the different installations in their surroundings.
